What we drive on a wedding day
- Bride and groom: a Premium Sedan, Luxury SUV or the Mercedes Metris VIP from getting ready to the ceremony.
- Wedding party: the Executive Sprinter (up to 14) or the VIP Sprinter Jet Black (up to 9) keeps everyone together for photos.
- Guest shuttle loops between hotels, the ceremony and the reception.
- Getaway car at the end of the night.

Weddings are booked by the hour with a 4-hour minimum (6 hours for the VIP Sprinter Jet Black). Each hour includes 15 miles; extra miles are $6 each, added stops $10 each, and a gratuity of at least 10% is added to every booking. A trip that runs more than 30 minutes past the booked time is billed per extra hour at the vehicle's rate.
Examples with the 10% minimum gratuity: a Luxury SUV for 5 hours is $550 + $55 = $605; an Executive Sprinter for 6 hours is $1,350 + $135 = $1,485.
Where we drive weddings

Booking and cancellation
May–October is peak wedding season in the Bay Area, so reserve your cars as soon as your venue and date are confirmed. Weddings and events are fully refundable when cancelled at least 7 days before the event; later cancellations are non-refundable. Read the full cancellation policy.
