Payment of the estimated total confirms and locks in your reservation. Your payment is fully refundable when you cancel within the windows below.

Because events involve longer planning and sometimes multiple vehicles, a longer window applies:

For airport transfers, we track your flight automatically and adjust the pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled, we will reschedule your ride or refund your payment — no penalty.
In the rare event Peace Limo Service must cancel your booking, you receive a full refund of any amount paid in full.
Call or text (650) 730-3630, message us on WhatsApp, or email reservation@peacelimoservice.com with your name and reservation date. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Need to change a time, vehicle, or route instead of cancelling? Contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate at no charge when availability allows.
