Hourly service, also called “as directed,” puts a car and a professional chauffeur at your disposal for a block of time. You set the schedule, add or change stops as you go, and leave your belongings in the vehicle between stops.

How much does an hourly chauffeur cost in the Bay Area?
Our hourly rates are $90 for a Premium Sedan, $110 for a Luxury SUV, $160 for the Mercedes Metris VIP, $225 for the Executive Sprinter and $280 for the VIP Sprinter Jet Black.
What is the minimum booking for hourly service?
Hourly service has a 4-hour minimum. Wine tours and scenic tours have a 6-hour minimum, and the VIP Sprinter Jet Black is booked for 6 hours or more.
Is there a mileage limit on hourly service?
Each hour includes 15 miles, so a 4-hour booking includes 60 miles. Additional miles are $6 each.
Can I make multiple stops?
Yes. Stops are unlimited on hourly service and you can change the plan as you go. Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle, so you can leave your belongings in it between stops.
Is gratuity included in the hourly rate?
A gratuity of at least 10% is added to every booking; you choose 10%, 15%, 25%, 35% or a custom amount when you book. It is shown as a separate line in the estimate, so the total you see includes it.
Should I book hourly or point-to-point?
A single trip from one address to another is usually cheaper as a point-to-point ride. Hourly is the better choice when the chauffeur needs to wait or you have several stops with flexible timing. Our price guide compares the two with examples.
