How a OAK pickup works
- Flight tracking. Add your flight number and the pickup follows the actual landing time at Oakland International. There is no extra charge for airline delays.
- Curbside pickup outside your terminal is included in every fare.
- Meet & Greet (+$40, arrivals). Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign and helps with your luggage.
- Departures. We collect you at your door and drop you at your airline's terminal. Online same-day bookings need a pickup at least 2 hours out; for anything sooner, call (650) 730-3630.

A Premium Sedan suits up to 3 passengers with standard luggage. For 4 to 6 passengers, or three travelers with large checked bags, choose the Luxury SUV. The Mercedes Metris VIP seats up to 5 in captain chairs, and the Executive Sprinter carries groups of up to 14.
